4.0 out of 5 stars The complete collection – or a ticket to Year 3 for veterans, 30 April 2017

This game ate up my time like no other over the last few years. The story has been expanded and improved on with expansion missions and areas since it came out – provided you pay for the DLC of course – and the overall experience has definitely improved in my opinion. There are solid cooperative and PVP modes and plenty of tasks and rewards for single play. The game still relies heavily on grinding once the story based missions are over, but Bungie have come up with more and more ways for you to get rewards for doing so.

I have to say that Year 2 of Destiny was the best for me – the Taken King expansion introduced the Dreadnaught area, new enemies and made patrolling a lot more fun. In my opinion it saved the franchise for me, and I will be buying Destiny 2 off the back of it. I'd heard indifferent reviews from friends about Year 3's Rise of Iron and only recently decided to come back to Destiny and play it. Unfortunately, after The Taken King, it was an anticlimax for me... Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars I realy liked it, 4 Sept. 2017

I rrally liked this game. I have come late to the party though, bought in January and took me a good 45hours to go through the who of the story (while completing side tasks and playing some multi player) im not big on FPS but this was fun once i got spme better weaponry for the levelled matches. On the levels were rank is not important it is literally doen to who is a better player plus a little luck, this modes are most fun. As it has removed the "unfair" level advantages. I would recommend thus game to anyone who is looking for a fps/rpg/sandboxish game. You get access to all the content with this package, as the game on its own is about half of what you get with this edition making it better value for money than buying the DLC at a later date.
